About BCHN

Bronx Community Health Network, Inc. (BCHN) is a not-for-profit organization and Federally Funded Health Center that sponsors 17 community and school-based health centers in the Bronx.

At BCHN health centers, we offer high-quality medical care and related health services for free or at low cost for the entire family, at all stages of life.

Bronx Community Health Network's 11th Annual Community Health Champions Recognition Dinner was held on August 11 at the Montefiore Medical Center Grand Hall. Every year during National Health Center Week, BCHN recognizes patients who have made remarkable strides in meeting their self-management goals, and honors partners who have made a significant contribution to the Bronx community.
